The cottage was so cute and perfect for our needs. The kitchen, even though we only used the coffee pot, was well equiped. All the other amenities were great and check in was easy.

This is a super nice hotel! The property sits on a wooded creek with loads of flowers and plants. It's very characterful and the owner is really nice - we had a lovely welcome. You can walk into town in like 2 mins. Breakfast is nicely laid out in the morning. Rooms are quirky and fun. Loved it.

The room was updated, the perfect mix between updated and classic historical. Absolutely gorgeous. The kitchen area surpassed expectations. At one point I had forgotten the code to our room, and the owner was super patient and kind. We can’t wait to go back! It’s a super short distance to downtown Grass Valley, and the updated shops and gluten free bakery were a big plus! Great location.

    Excellent stay and good value. We would be happy to stay there again and recommend to others! Really loved how the classic character of the house was maintained but the good-sized room (Gold Center) still had some modern touches, was well lit, and was very clean. Great bed, too! It's more like the bed portion of a bed and breakfast in that it was a room in a house and there's no lobby. The location was great and in a quiet neighborhood. Parking in their lot was easy.

    Room was clean and comfortable. Bed was super comfortable!!! Kitchen area was so nice to have and cutely decorated. I never stayed in a “ Bed and Breakfast “ place. There was no breakfast but having a room inside a house at first I thought there would be no privacy, but I only heard someone if they were talking in the hallway. The bathroom was private, clean and cute. It was quiet location but walking distance from Safeway and downtown GV.
