We had the top floor suite-extremely spacious and comfortable -view over garden at back-large living room and bathroom with spar bath which was fun We were worried about over flights but in the end they seemed to stop overnight Good tea and coffee facilities and biscuits -lovely breakfast with good company

10/10 Absolutely beautiful room and facilities. I had some difficulties with entry but the communication and assistance from the Hancock House was amazing and everything was sorted quickly and easily. 10/10 on great communication and very professional and polite. Easy to find, good parking and not far to walk downtown and access food and drinks.

We had a good stay while attending the farm show and tractor pulls in louisville. Room was good, check in, check out was easy. Kinda of remote, but within a few minutes drive to about anything you would need.

Both front desk personnel were outstanding, very helpful, knowledgeable and courteous… We had forgotten our watch when we departed… When we returned, as we were only staying one night… The morning Front Desk lady was more than happy to help… We went to our room and found our watch… Thank you
