That place!! I could write a novel about how much I enjoyed my stay. The lodge is a true gem. The staff the sweetest souls!! It felt like a „arriving as a guest, leaving as a friend“ kinda place. The rooms were super comfy and had many sweet extras, like complementary granola (the best!), yoga mats and so on. The walking meditation labyrinth is such a special place to be (also for stargazing!!). You have everything you need in walking distance - even the entrance to Zion National Park, so you basically can park your car and enjoy your stay. I could have stayed another week! And it’s still a (one of the very few) family-owned business - you can sense that!

We absolutely loved our stay here at the Eaves. The B&B has such a quirky antique charm. Every corner is filled with unique details and vintage pieces that make it feel really special. The shared room was cosy, spotless, and full of character. It had that perfect mix of old-fashioned charm and comfort. This little gem is very close to Zion National Park. Its It is also situated in the heart of Springdale with shops and restaurants right on its doorstep. Breakfast at Oscars was fabulous, and the staff was so attentive. We loved it there, too. Eric was incredibly kind and welcoming, always ready to help with a warm smile. The whole place has a relaxed, homely vibe that made me feel right at ease. Very good and peaceful location, well equiped kitchen and also room. Nice decoration. Comfortable bed, with 3 different pillows. Enough parking for all guest. We had feeling we are at grandmas home.

-Clean and comfortable -walking distance to Zion park, Shuttle almost in front of the door -breakfast was healthy and plenty -stuff was quite informed on ongoing restrictions and had lots of recommendation for tours, they know their way around!

Excellent place to stay. Very well located, few kilometers from overcrowded Rockville. Heather and Garth provide excellent advices to visit Zion National Park (hikes, timing,...) or to go to local restaurants. The house is very confortable, really a pleasure to stay there. And Heather and Garth are very friendly and wonderful hosts. My notation is 10 but I would like to write 11!
