The property is newly renovated and is exceptionally clean. The gardens look even better than the photos as they have matured: citrus trees and grape vines etc. Beautiful view of the sea and the mountains from the poolside. The host is very attentive and responds immediately to any questions. We rented a car which made getting in and out of the town much easier. There is plenty of parking at the property too. We will definitely be staying here from now on. Incredible value for money

It was better than I expected from a 3 star hotel. It really should be 4 stars. Clean, roomy and my room must have been soundproofed, normally in many hotels I have stayed in 4 and 5 stars you could hear especially at night and the morning people talking in hallway and doors closing, here not one sound. Breakfast was more than one could eat with a variety of foods from the region. We even decided to have a glass of wine and dessert before retiring and it was perfectly executed, tasty and reasonably priced for a hotel. We live 1.5 hours away but since I had to have an eye op and needed to be in the docs office by 8.30 next day we decided better to stay in Lefkosa than to drive back and forth. I choose the hotel because it was close to where my eye doctor's office is, I didn't know anything about it but I would highly recommend it to anyone who needs to stay in the area.

There is a nice patio, where you can enjoy a delicious and fresh breakfast (kahvalti). Only 3 rooms are available in this charming and friendly family home, which has been tastefully renovated by the owner, Ayşe. In my room, although small, everything was there: a comfortable bed, soft pillows, a small fridge for hot weather and a shower room... Don't forget to bring a plug adaptor as this is Cyprus, rather like England. We drive on the right here, so be careful before crossing the road... if you're not used to. Pedieos Guest House is a good address, a 15-minute walk from Ledras street, the border between Lefkosa (to the north) and Nicosia (to the south)! At last, Ayşe is a nice person. She speaks a bit English and is very helpfull.
