Rose went above and beyond by recommending nearby restaurants and even advising us on what to order, which was super helpful when the waitress tried to push something that wasn’t something local. Our stay was nothing short of perfect—she even baked us a delicious Armenian dish in the morning. I wholeheartedly recommend staying here if you want to feel right at home.

From the bus station to the house was very close it just take a time 5 minutes by walking. 2nd, every facility was perfect. It was great to chat and even sing together. We also loved being able to enjoy the garden and try the fruits, especially the raspberries. Oh, and the fantastic breakfast they have prepared for us.

The hosts are kind and hospitable people doing immense work on supporting and restoring the local community and cultural traditions. I'll definitely consider Etiuni for future trips to Sevan.

Super clean, completely surrounded by nature with beautiful views, snd Satenik was a perfect host! We also had a delicious dinner prepared for us by her and we highly recommend that too! One of the best places I’ve stayed in!
