Alex makes you feel at home from the moment you arrive, apart from being super friendly =) The place is really nice, the rooms and facilities are great, breakfast has everything you think of and Alex makes the best eggs, whatever way you like them. The location is great also, away from the craziness of town, but easily reached by bus or a nice walk (or by bike if you wish). Nice little touchs everywhere, definitely one of the best B&B's I have stayed at.

Only 400 metres away from the centre of Kaprun, Pension Patricia - Summercard included from may 15th was completely renovated in December 2016, offers free WiFi and free parking in a quiet location. Very comfortable stay in a gorgeous location. The views are incredible, everything was clean and comfortable. When booking I didn’t realise there was a private beach area we could use, such a treat to have a place to relax and dip in the beautiful lake from so close to the accomodation. Our stay was made extra nice because of Moni (the host) and her thoughtful touches - thank you Moni!

Visited as a surprise gift for my girlfriend. We celebrated her birthday sooner, as she leaves abroad for longer time. It was a perfect stay. Staff was extremely friendly and prepared a celebration gift for us in a form of prosecco. Extremely nice gesture that was nicely appreciated. The hotel itself is cozy, only few floors with a decent amount of rooms. The breakfast is small but it is sufficient and included fresh herbal teas, jams and fresh honeycomb that you could just take and eat (Awesome). Hotel also has a wellness area with steam room, relaxation room, sauna and outdoor natural pool. It was exactly what you expect from the place after a whole day of hiking in the nearby mountains. What we loved the most is the spectacular view from the room, which overlooked the valley. That was something we have never seen before and we already visited a fair amount of 4-5 star hotels around Austria. I would recommend this hotel for everyone who is on a lookout for a cozy small hotel with friendly staff and wants to feel the calmness of the Alps.
