It was over 40 degrees during my stay in Perth but the room is equipped with a ceiling fan and AC which allowed a great night sleep. Breakfast is prepared in the morning which is a great added bonus. Our hosts were friendly and could not have been more welcoming or helpful. The breakfast was excellent and we particularly liked being able tommeet other guests at the large breakfast table.
