Grapevines Boutique Accommodation is located in Pokolbin, 400-metres from the main road. Cessnock City Centre is 15 minutes’ drive away. It’s a family-run-in business, so we got a very warm welcome like some part of them. The owner is so helpful and friendly giving us lots of useful local information, but very respectful of our private time. The location is great in the heart of the vineyard zone, easy to take a short drive to many cellar doors and wine houses. Just some units of property, we didn’t need to stand in line for checking in and out. The room is spacious and spotless with cosy decoration. There is a small succulent and rose garden in front of the room, and panoramic views only some steps beyond. Waking up in the early morning, we enjoy a fantastic stroll through the vineyard, snapshots of kangaroos and floating balloons in the sky.

Accessible via private entrance, all units have air conditioning, soundproofing, desk and a private bathroom with a shower. All units are fitted with a kettle, while selected rooms include a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, a toaster and a stovetop. At the guest house, units are fitted with bed linen and towels. So pleasantly surprised by how nice this accommodation was for the price! Room was huge and very clean, complimentary bottle of wine was a nice touch also. Definitely recommend.

The beds were super comfortable and they feed the cows and donkeys in the morning so we got to meet them! It was a great location for the balloon aloft festival and for a pick up for a local wine tour. The rooms were very comfortable with all the amenities you could need! The check in / out process was really easy and smooth!
