The house is a beautiful, grand, old building with high ceilings, gorgeous interior and huge garden. The bedroom was enormous with comfortable bed, and lovely, traditional windows. Whilst the ensuite is behind a screen in the same room (not my personal favourite), the fittings are nice and shower was great. Breakfast was delicious with cooked to order eggs and bacon, a lovely selection of breads, cakes, jams (including 'homemade'), pastries, fresh oj, endless coffee, etc. Delicious! The area is very quiet, it's just off the canal/cycle route (there were touring cyclists staying too) and there's a small selection of bars and eateries. Pelt has a good selection of restaurants and shops. Highly recommended.

Peter and Corrie have transformed an old milk factory into an exceptional, modern, quaint and beautiful bed and breakfast. They are professional hosts and have a passion and love for what they do. It is a little off the beaten path so I recommend having a car. It is quiet, clean and set in a beautiful atmosphere. I made friends with the hosts and other guests because everyone is so happy and friendly. I would highly recommend oude melkfabriek. An added bonus: next door is a functioning windmill that you can tour two days a week.

Room was spotless and gorgeous... Very quiet location and spacious room with a seating area and table, air con, tea/coffee/mini bar and smart TV. Very comfortable bed and modern bathroom with a large shower. Breakfast was unbelievably fantastic.. love the concept of being delivered to our door in a picnic basket... Loads of ham, cheese, eggs, bread, pastries, jams and spreads and a fresh pot of coffee. Id definitely recommend as a relaxing and convey place to stay and we'll certainly stay again if visiting the area. Thank you ❤️

The host was amazing. She was very friendly and nice to have a conversation with. She was very passionate about her B & B and worked very hard to make it the best experience possible. The place was immaculately clean. The breakfast was great with lots of choices plus sweet little touches like smiley faces on the hard boiled eggs. The host was also very flexible with breakfast times. The shower was better than most in Europe. It was a great location for what I needed and the host went above and beyond the call of duty to help me out with everything I wanted and needed. When in Belgium I would stay no where else.

Lovey facility— the room was thoughtfully appointed, beautiful art throughout the whole house. Comfortable, clean, stunning. Short walk to the village, perfect location for my cycle tour.

There was also a work space and small balcony. The host/couple was so nice and welcoming. They did everything to make us feel comfortable. The breakfast was exceptional - we did not want to leave. The location is good - close to Maastricht. We would like to return.
