Everyone there was super friendly and gave us good tips on things to do and things to see. They always said hi when we left and again hi when we got back. We really felt at home here. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. We liked that we also could sit outside on the balcony area, or go down to the pool area. It's a walk down to the city center, but honestly, the restaurants around this hotel, is far better anyway. We traveled with our pet and the owners helped us get in touch with a vet to get a health certificate to continue to Guatemala. They also helped us to get a shared mini bus to Flores in Guatemala that had no problems waiting for us at the border while we got all papers stamped for our dog.

Price - value is amazing,, would stay here again any time!

The large shady outside area with lawn was great to just hang. A cement path gives an easy stroll to the centre of town. Supermarket, bakery and fruit shop all nearby. Marta, the owner was very friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend staying there.

Rainforest Haven Inn was well located to town and the kitchen was well set up and really useful. Shamira was a friendly host, the bedroom was spacious, as is the bathroom and l enjoyed sitting on the swing chair on the front verandah a lot of the time. We also spent a couple of evenings on the roof top verandah which is a lovely man’s new hot sauce and rum tasting business. Would recommend a stay here.
