We stayed as a family using two rooms in this B&B. We enjoyed the home-made breakfast every morning as well as the interaction with our lovely host who shared useful tips about the area. We could rest well and felt perfectly safe. We used Uber/Lyft to get to the city centre and walked to the nearest shops and restaurants. There was even a kitchenette that we could use in the communal space, so we had teas/coffees, and stored our cold drinks and snacks in the fridge.

He really makes you feel like home; especially with his freshly prepared breakfast in the morning. The generous pantry supply with food catering to different taste palate is such a rare gem. The bedroom is also big and the bed is so comfortable. I would definitely recommend Jessicahouse to all friends visiting Vancouver.
