We had a great time. If we come back to Newfoundland we’ll go out of our way to stay here again.

He contacted us a few days before arrival to offer a dinner option since there would not be many other choices open at our arrival. We ordered the fish n chips dinner and it was delicious. What a welcome to our first time in Newfoundland. The breakfast was also super - and he offered a few different breakfast options, which is always a plus. The house is historical and it has been beautifully restored. Our room was clean and spacious, the bed was really comfortable, and the shower had great pressure and water temperature. We only stayed one night, but it was a perfect stop on our holiday. Brad grew up in the area and is very knowledgable about it. Thank you so much!

Enjoyed all of the furnishings in this house. This property is very well cared for and in immaculate condition. Lots of historical books and novels to read. Use of a shared and well supplied kitchen was a huge bonus. Many breads, spreads, yogurts, juices, and fruits provided, including waffles. Host easily reacheable, and very informative. Rooms are good size for two adults, including desks, and extra sitting chairs. Great location in walking distance to downtown Water Street and lots of restaurants and entertainment. Streeet parking at this location is assured by the host with parking permits - this is a huge benefit.
