Step out the door onto hiking trails and less than a mile to a rocky beach with gorgeous views. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was hot with great water pressure. Make-your-own breakfast included just about any food, beverage, and cooking utensil you could want. We took advantage of the hot tub/sauna/steam room (one hour of private time is included in your stay). We did not use the yoga/fitness studio because our stay was brief, but I wish we’d stayed a little longer so we could have used it. Michael (our host) gave us a great overview of the property and facilities. He was helpful and friendly, without being intrusive. Great communication from hosts before our arrival.

Loved the decor, lots of attention and care went into all of the furnishings that provided an old school charm. We enjoyed hanging out in the common lounge area and enjoying the selection of books and games. Nicely stocked tea/coffee bar with lots of tea options. Pillows for the beds were comfy. Len was very kind and thorough with getting us set up and Steve the manager (cat) was an absolute delight to spend time with during our stay.

Made us immediately feel right at home. Breakfast was very tasty too! The electric fireplace was a very nice touch in the room.

This cottage is wonderful—so many artistic and fun touches and so many charming features. Even the teenagers were in awe of it. The hostess and her cat were both lovely. We got many great tips about local restaurants which we thankfully followed and ate some of the best food of our trip. And we loved hanging at the cottage and hoping the cat would come along. What a treasure!

New and fresh yet with a sense of history. On a busy road but quiet at night and the windows and blinds kept it quiet. Excellent location in the heart of Ganges. Owner takes great pride in the inn.

We loved getting a private tour of the property with the artist studio (full of treasures you can take home) and endless beautiful nooks and crannies between the incredible foliage and handmade tikis everywhere. Wendy and Joe (and cute puppy) were absolutely lovely hosts. What a treat!
