Each unit also have a private bathroom with a shower and provided with a hairdryer and a make-up mirror. Comfortable, spacious, very clean room. Gabi and Fritz are super nice and helpful hosts. Great location, close to the train station, at the same time very calm and beautiful, the only "noise" comes from the river nearby. It's so much better than the crowded Interlaken where we stayed 1 year earlier. Good breakfast with local products. And we got a small gift for our child! If you want to stay in this area, it's going to be hard to find a better place.

The property is situated 29 km from Bern Clock Tower, 29 km from Münster Cathedral and 29 km from House of Parliament Bern. Free WiFi is available throughout the property and Bärengraben is 28 km away. The property was in historic square. There was a farmers' market on the square the first morning there and we stocked up on some supplies. Easy location to train station. Entry is tucked behind the bar which took us a minute to figure out. Beds were very comfortable. Back patio looking onto Thun Castle was a bonus! Thun is not touristy and that was a true delight!
