Great place in the mountains for hiking and resting near the lakes. Very friendly staff, so helpful and supportive. Amazing cuisine - we did enjoy the food there (all three meals). Views are stunning. The village is quite small, doesn't have a lot of events. Comfy beds, clean shared bathrooms, clean towels. Places to sit and spend time near hotel.

The room was beautifully renovated, very well equipped, and offered a stunning view. What truly made our experience unforgettable was the kindness of the hosts - on two nights when we were stuck in traffic and the restaurants had already closed, they prepared food for us without hesitation. Extremely delicious food too! We’re forever grateful for their thoughtfulness. A beautiful family business, run with heart and incredible attention to detail. Highly recommend!

Offering a restaurant, Landgasthof Schlüssel Alpnach is located in Alpnach, at the foot of Pilatus Mountain. Free WiFi access is available. Staff we're all friendly. Breakfast was excellent. Location is close to bus/train station, Pilatus tram station, and Lake.

The property is new and very cozy and clean. There are two more rooms with whom you have to share the bathroom but it is a big and clean modern bathroom. There is also a living room with TV and coffee station for common use. Everything looked new and clean, we felt really home, would highly recommend.

Located opposite the train station in the peaceful town of Giswil, Hotel Bahnhof is just a 20-minute walk from Lake Sarnen. It features a restaurant and a large garden. This hotel seems to be the hub of Giswil. The restaurant was busy both nights. There's a children's playground, & the cutest chickens running around . Location - across the road from the station Very friendly staff I was in a large room in the annex behind the main building

The Gasthaus Paxmontana is centrally located in Flüeli-Ranft and offers panoramic views over the Sarner Lake, the Oberwald mountains and the Melch valley. We stayed in the guesthouse, very quiet, wonderful view! Full breakfast, lots of choices. Comfortable beds, very clean. The area was beautiful! Plenty of hiking, we heard the cows being moved one morning and the sound echoed around the valley! Staff was pleasant. Additional restaurants in the village. So glad we chose this place!
