The restaurant on site is something special - we had the best schnitzel and langosh there that we ever had! Food was always fresh and prepared with care. Stayed for a couple of nights there to enjoy the mountains. Easy enough during the day to go for hikes to the surrounding peaks through fields of flowers and amazing views. Very quiet and relaxing at nights.

The owner provided cleaning/room service every day, including changing towels, filling in coffee/tee. The terrace is very nice, allows to sit outside and rest/eat. Few notes for visitors, as i myself like to read for information; Montreux is on hills, take into consideration that even if close to the lake, the path can be steep and not convenient for everyone by foot. there is a bus to use of course. the apartment has a bedroom and living room where there is sofa that you can open for additional 2 people, but in my opinion, the sofa is good for children, less for adults, possible to sleep but not ideal.
