We walked everywhere and had numerous restaurants to choose from within 5 minutes leisurely walk with a view of the ocean. We felt in total contact with the island while staying there. Got to enjoy the people and rhythm of life at our front door. Never felt crowded even in the height of the summer. The breakfasts were just right - simple and healthy with delicious fruit, vegetable, cheese and baked goods. Sonia and Francisco were wonderful hosts. They made excellent tour recommendations and oriented us to the island on our arrival and during the stay.

Everything’s super cute and functional, clean and cozy. Breakfast is excellent, too. But I must mention the best part of it: Carolina, the host is AMAZING. Not only she was an impeccable host (welcoming me with a flower wreath, taking me on a little tour, driving me from and to the airport), but she was also an OUTSTANDING person with a huge heart. I had lost my passport and she helped me out like a sister would do. What a kind, caring, beautiful soul she is. She truly deserves the best! I’ll never forget our hug, Carolina. Lots and lots of love! 💕

Hotel Boutique La Perouse offers accommodation in Hanga Roa. Free WiFi access is available in the common areas and all rooms. La Perouse is separate in two wings, meters away from each ofther. Hotel La Perouse is cute boutique hotel. They organized transfer from and to the airport. When we arrived st the property Paula was waiting for us outside, explained us everything about the room, their timetable for breakfast, showed us everything on map and explained what is worth to see and to do. Made good recommendations about everything we asked for. Paula is great 😊 Breathtaking ocean view at breakfast spot.💕🌴Loved it. Breakfast choice was amazing, Paula prepared us very good scrambled eggs, lots of fresh fruit, and lots of other things to choose from. House keeping is the best I’ve ever seen. Everything in the room and in the bathroom nicely folded and put in place, chargers stored, cables all rolled, etc. I was very impressed! Great location, minutes away from main street, walking distance to Ahu Tahai (best sunset spot)/25-30min, good restaurants left and right from the hotel. Located 100 metres from the main street and a 10-minute walk from Mataveri airport, Hostal Vaihere offers free WiFi and 24-hour front desk assistance in Hanga Roa. A garden is featured on site. Thank you very much for the accommodation and the owners who were very kind to me. He helped me cook rice and the next day my flight was cancelled, he helped me find a place to stay and rooms. He is very great owners. I appreciate it. Thank you a lot.

Set in a charming cabins made of local materials on the slopes of Rano Kau Volcano, Cabanas Christophe offers rooms and self-catering bungalows with free Wi-Fi and plasma TVs in Easter Island. Christophe was very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. We took several tours with him and would highly recommend them. Having a washing machine on the property was very helpful. Our son loved the cute cat which lives on the property.

The location was perfect just a short walk to the town, Hosts were helpful and polite and spoke excellent English, Rooms were clean and tidy. Breakfast was simple but good quality.

The location is a bit distance from center, but for walking is only about 15-20mins. Breakfast is simple but very good too! Room is spacious and clean! And remember to bring enough cash for the payment, extra 5% with card but it’s okay!
