Everything was constantly kept clean and tidy. Rooms were in great shape with modern equipment, comfortable and warm. The kitchen is spacious and provides plenty of everything for cooking and food storage. There is also a coffee machine and free tea. Best of all is the host who was super friendly and helpful. He provided us with great recommendations for daily trips around the island, what to visit, how to get there, popular highlights and germs off the beaten track. His effort was just amazing. We enjoyed our stay here very much. During 8 months of travels this was one of the best hostels we stayed at, and we would come back to the place at any time.

Hernan went above and beyond to accommodate us after a delayed ferry due to poor weather! He was very responsive and sent us information prior to arrival and during the stay! Extremely family friendly! He even brought us fresh laid eggs! Highly recommend and will return!

This is really a wonderful place, super clean, cozy but with good common areas, amazing comfortable beds and warm at night. Safe location and easy to walk up the nearby hill right into the center of downtown Castro. It was always very quiet here, especially at night. A nice experience to stay in a palofito (stick house).

The place is beautiful, it has a nice view, it is very quiet. The owners are super friendly, they treated us very well. The breakfast is super complete. It was a wonderful experience staying in Quetrihue, feeling at home with a really beautiful view and amazing hosts. Pilar and Cristian are not only kind persons but also like you to enjoy every detail of your vacations, giving you great insight of where to go and how to get the most of Ensenada, Puerto Varas and around. Rooms and the entire house is clean, beautiful, with a lot of space and shining deco. The breakfast was amazing, nothing missing on that table in the morning for you to start your day. No doubt it is the best place to stay in the entire Puerto Varas. We like it so much that we are already planning to go back.

Klaus is a very friendly host who has many useful tips to share about things to do in the surrounding area. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Klaus serves a delicious breakfast with the best coffee I've had in Chile and also offers dinner if you want it.

Jose is an incredibly kind host, who gladly helps with tour recommendations. The B&B is clean, lovingly furnished and the breakfast was great. Full recommendation!

Casa Azul is located in the centre of Puerto Varas, only 7 minutes away from the main square, supermarkets, the beach and the Casino. The room was very clean, well-kept, and cozy. The location seemed very safe, and was just a 5-minute walk away from the central square in Puerto Varas. The breakfast option I selected (out of 3) was delicious and kindly presented with eggs, fruits, bread, and great coffee. Also, all of the hostel pets are adorable and friendly.
