Rosa greeted us when we arrived, and then Juan joined us later. We had a great chat with both of them. They were so kind and took amazing care of us. One thing we really liked was being able to cook our own breakfast. They provide plenty of food for it, which made it super convenient. The place has a cozy, home-like feeling. Juan has traveled all over the world and makes you feel at home right away. He also has a great sense of humor! For Christmas, he gave us a bottle of champagne as a gift-how sweet is that? The rooms were clean and had everything we needed, including shampoo, shower gel, and soap. Another great thing is that you can leave any items you don’t need for your trip to Patagonia (we were away for 5 days at W trek) at El Sendero. This was really helpful for us! We highly recommend staying at El Sendero. It’s a warm, friendly place that gives you great vibes and wonderful memories!

Great, central place to stay. Beds are super comfy and fresh. Facilities are good, the place is spacious.

The shower was hot and good, the bed was comfortable, and the heating worked perfectly well - what more could one ask for after a few rough days at the Torres del Paine park? They also offer packed breakfast for those who are going to the park in the early morning hours.
