Lots of Shelves, fans/coolers where needed, a table + comfy chair for laptop time, soundproof windows, bright sunlight, extra thick curtains for sleeping well, the levels of lighting in the room, the perfectly planned bathroom, the extra hooks for hanging stuff, the superb cleanliness of the entire operation, the magnificiently equipped kitchen...I could go on. Plus the location is SUPERB. Very close to the metro, very close to a dozen grocery stores, very close to the parties, yet, one couldnt tell, because of how calm the street is. Perfect for relaxation and sleeping. Its all 10/10 for everything

There is a small interior courtyard which is also the dining room so its easy to meet people because everyone is in the same place.
