For me the location was great: outside of center Espargos means no noises at all, super quiet and relaxing neighbourhood. Minimarket was 5 min walking away, nice and cheap restaurant 3 min. I even walked to the airport which was around 40min. The bus station for the collectivos to Santa Maria (scooter rental) is 20min walking. The room and the house is superclean, modern, and the owner is really friendly, and nearly always available via booking or WhatsApp. He speaks Portugese, Englisch, spanish and french... He has mountain bikes for rent (just 7km to the Salinas), and in the near future also scooter. The room is big with a big bed and a comfy matrace. There is a table and chairs. Also there are enough plugs to charge your stuff. The bathroom looks / is new and has a shower with hot water. The WiFi works great. I loved staying here! Definitely recommend this place!

I really enjoyed my stay there, and overall in Sal. Paola is a great host. Even if you don´t speak english, she probably will speak the language you speak. She and Mano are very kind and helpful, giving good tips and recommendations for restaurants and sights on the island. I hope to come back soon!

The Appartment was clean and had a big balcony. The host was really accommodating and made the holiday much more comfortable, showing us around on our first day, giving us ideas of what to do, organising the activities and even driving us around if he had the time. Would recommend 10/10

Connexion with others(not so many!) easy to get to the beach, to the without cars street. Easy going life. Nice ideas for decoration. Nice restaurants around

Isabelle is an extraordinary host. She made my stay at Espargos, and helped me a lot in many ways: she called a tour guide and found me a place for the next day, she allowed me to stay one more night when my ferry was delayed without enough time for looking for another place, she gave me directions and even showed me the way to the bank and telecom shop,... What else? She prepared a delicious breakfast and we had nice chats in the mornings. The place is clean, room comfortable and spacious, and the house is just 15 minutes walking to city center, 2 minutes walking to a nice mexican restaurant that you must try! I highly recommend Isabelle's place. Thanks for your hospitality!

Great location! Right in front of the beach. Very spacious and great value for money. Staff were very friendly and I would definitely stay there again.

Robert is a truly wonderful host! He made us feel welcome right away and offered to show us around Santa Maria. He helped us every day with any question we had. The apartment is really neat and modern, everything you need. Would definitely come again.

It was quite big and well equipped. The overall house is also nice and in a quiet area of Santa Maria, around 15mins walking from the center. There are a few restaurants and markets also quite close. The owners are very kind and provided us with some useful tips related to Sal! Very appreciated!
