Located in Schneizlreuth, Pension Almhof Baumgarten provides all around mountain view. It is conveniently near hiking areas, cycling paths and lakes, 10 km from the Bad Reichenhall exit of the A8 motorway, and 17 km from Salzburg.

A buffet breakfast is available daily at the bed and breakfast. Thanks to Josef. He was really nice since we arrived late at night after spending two days of very hard laborious work that we rested very well. The Baumgarten was such a quick relaxation recovery place.

Each room is equipped with a satellite TV, private bathroom with rain shower as well as a hairdryer and a towel-warmer. All rooms are accessible via the hotel lift.

Free private parking is available on site. The room itself was comfortable and well-appointed. The variety and quality of the food were impressive (breakfast is included in the price - and what a great service!). The staff went out of their way to make me feel welcome and attended with big smiles to my needs. After hour check-in process was seamless for my late arrival. 7 min drive to the airport made my layover stress-free and smooth. I definitely return on my next trip thru Munich.

Excellent guesthouse owned and operated by a very kind German couple. They welcomed us very warmly. They offered great breakfast even if it was not on the reservation confirmation. The room was great, spotless, comfortable and warm. Great price also. Plus free parking. One might say too good to be true, but it was true! Thanks for this excellent stay.

The brightly decorated rooms at Pension DELAGERA include cable TV and a private bathroom with shower. The room was large, and very clean. As was the whole pension. The beds were very comfortable. The location and the pension was very quiet and calm. Parking was excellent. Access to the autobahn was quick and easy. The hosts were excellent.

The non-smoking Altfränkische Weinstube has brightly decorated, spacious rooms with cable TV. All rooms feature a private bathroom. It is super nicely decorated and very authentic. It breathes the age it has. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms and beds are great. The shower could use an update though.

The Historik Hotel Gotisches Haus garni is a restored 13th-century building, with a romantic, historic atmosphere and charming rooms, full of character. All rooms feature antique marble bathrooms with corner bathtubs for 2 people, and views over the medieval town. Loved the location, right in the centre of the historic town. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was a great size, the bathroom was huge. The bed was reasonably comfortable. Loved the decor. The breakfast area was superb. The breakfast was adequate but not a lot of variety unfortunately but still nice. Parking for the car was close enough to the hotel and we were able to unload luggage outside before moving it. I would highly recommend this accommodation and if I'm lucky enough to visit again I would stay here.

The Hotel Föhrenhof is situated in a peaceful area on the edge of a forest in Farchant, just 3 km from the Garmisch-Partenkirchen. The sun terrace and garden offer a beautiful view of the Zugspitz and Wetterstein mountains. Definitely a hotel with an atmosphere. Very welcoming staff in traditional dresses. Lovely breakfast with plenty of choice.
