Very spacious, I had 2 rooms, a bathroom, and a kitchenette for myself, and there was also a huge shared kitchen with a living room. It is 4 stops by bus from the Viby train station, and then 18 min (1.5 km) walk from the bus station. In total it takes 38 minutes to Roskilde.

I recently stayed at this charming property on a brief one‑night trip from Germany, and I couldn’t have been more delighted: Arrival & Check‑In - Despite my late‑night arrival—just before midnight—the owner was patiently waiting and greeted me warmly. I had notified them of my delay in advance, and they kindly accommodated my schedule without a hitch. Room & Upgrade - I originally booked the most economical room, but to my surprise and delight I was upgraded free of charge to their best suite. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully appointed—exactly what I needed for a good night’s rest. Dining & Atmosphere - Even though the restaurant was technically closed, they graciously reopened it for me and treated me to a complimentary beer. The décor is like stepping into a 1960s–70s American museum: quirky, cozy, and utterly captivating. Free coffee is available all day, and I enjoyed sipping it in their lovely garden nook. Hidden Gem: Home Cinema - As a final treat, I discovered a small private home cinema with a handful of ultra‑comfortable seats—a delightful surprise I wasn’t expecting! This place exceeded every expectation—from the friendly service and spotless rooms to the unique dining space and secret cinema. I will absolutely return on my next trip and plan to stay longer. Highly recommended for anyone seeking warmth, comfort, and a touch of nostalgia in a beautifully curated setting!
