Great location with sea view from the upper floors. Once you're there and have a WhatsApp-contact communication is not a problem. Very cheap (30 € for a twin room). Coffee and tea available 24 hours. The manager arranged that a restaurant picked us up and showed us the way to a restaurant where we had great local food (no tourist trap!). Also the general hotel standard in Algeria is quite shitty, so this hotel is one of the better ones :-)
