We loved everything about this place, from the posh building to the AMAZING food and thr kindness of the owners. The rooms are very beautiful decorated, comfortable beds with Egyptian cotton sheets ♡ We only stayed for one night unfortunately, but we would have easily spent a month there, that s how much we liked it.

Luxor Villa Hatshepsut ligger 15 minutters gang fra Medinet Habu Temple og tilbyder en have og et fælles opholdsområde samt indkvartering med aircondition, gårdhave og gratis wi-fi. Absolutely brilliant stay. Mohammed and his beautiful family took care of our every need, including a driver and expert English speaking guide for all the sights (much needed), laundry, station transfer, and most of all the delicious home cooked meals by his wife Mona using fresh vegetables from their garden. Mohammed was so kind and friendly, including little gestures like buying us ice cream, and providing chilled water. He can assist with absolutely anything you need in Luxor at a great price. The rooms were very comfortable with great air conditioning and a very nice bathroom and shower. The location is very peaceful, located in a calm village on the West Bank amongst farms, far away from the bustle of the city. I could not recommend Mohammed’s Villa highly enough.

Scorpion House Luxor ligger i Luxor, 4,7 km fra Medinet Habu Temple og 4,9 km fra Colossi of Memnon. Her er en terrasse og gratis privat parkering samt gratis wi-fi. Overnatningsstedet ligger ca. Amazing location for seeing the tombs and temples. Tayeb is incredibly helpful with all things Egypt not just what’s around Luxor. His hospitality is the best I’ve experienced in all of Egypt. Make sure to have dinner there as it’s the best food I’ve had all trip long. Breakfast is also incredibly filling with a variety of different foods every morning. If you require a driver for anything (I recommend it for sightseeing) ask for Hassan he was a legend. He knew all of the best times to visit places to avoid the crowds and lots of local hidden gems which I would not have found otherwise. The property itself has a pool, small library and many sitting areas. The amount of literature on the surrounding area (half French/half English literature) in the library alone makes the visit worth it. Definitely take an evening or two to read through everything and to pick Tayeb’s brain about the locals tombs. He is a wealth of knowledge. Also on site there is a couple of really well behaved cute pets. The West Bank is quieter than city life on the East but that’s part of the charm. For anyone who is considering going to Luxor I would 10/10 recommend staying here.

Sun Rise House Luxor ligger ca. 4,4 km fra Medinet Habu Temple. Her er balkon, kedel og udsigt til en have. The place is truly beautiful, clean, and peaceful. The owner, Mahmoud, helped me with my trip to Luxor. The place is in a quiet village, not in the crowded and noisy city. I had a delicious Egyptian breakfast. Surrounded by greenery and the sunrise, you feel right at home. I recommend it 100%.

The owner, Hagag, is a very friendly and helpful man with a lovely family. Everything was clean, the breakfast was delicious, and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly. 10/10 – thank you so much for your warm hospitality!
