The staff was super helpful and welcoming. Ready to help in any way. I got the room which had Pyramid view which was wonderful. This hotel is on 3rd floor but they carried our luggage to the room. The room was very clean, Bathroom also clean. Toiletary and towel everything available. Staff was available all the time ready to help. They have another hotel where you can enjoy Pyramid view during breakfast. Good quality breakfast . I loved the variety of cheese and egg. Close to many restaurants and other convenient stores.

Hany and other people in the hotel are super nice and friendly. They help us in everyday task, we had very nice experience. I found everything I looked for. The view from the roof is amazing. The room is big with all necessaries for your short or long term stay. The roof is a very good location for viewing the pyramid, especially the sunset. Special thanks for Miss Hana, she is a very nice and kind lady. Finally the breakfast is also very good. It's far beyond our expectations and it's absolutely valuable for what you pay. I highly recommend it to those who plan to visit the pyramid and grand museum.
