Sarah I think is the main person there- you can ask anything she will help. Booking of the tours ahead looks like a good idea- try red sea tours to run away from the city. Also we asked for the sun set tour on the quadbikes in the desert.. I think everyone should go through it, but just dont take children with you- it might be too much of experience there.. Hotel is further from noisy street so it helps to sleep better. View from window and the room in general was exactly the same as in a photo. Value for money is excellent. Clean, quiet.. newly decorated (it looks like it). Just you need to understand that this is Giza. It is not Switzerland.. ok? :) Enjoy.

Very close to the Giza ticket office. The staff was super helpful and welcoming. Ready to help in any way. I got the room which had Pyramid view which was wonderful. This hotel is on 3rd floor but they carried our luggage to the room. The room was very clean, Bathroom also clean. Toiletary and towel everything available. Staff was available all the time ready to help. They have another hotel where you can enjoy Pyramid view during breakfast. Good quality breakfast . I loved the variety of cheese and egg. Close to many restaurants and other convenient stores.

A special thanks goes to Hany at the reception - an incredibly kind and helpful person. We met on my first day, and he was always there to assist, support, and guide me, making sure my stay was as comfortable as possible. People like him are rare, and his attitude truly makes this place feel like home. The hotel itself is wonderful: very affordable, yet offering a stunning view of the Pyramids. It is honestly the best value for money you can find near such a world wonder. Rooms are clean, the staff is attentive, and the atmosphere is welcoming. Breakfast and dinner are included in the price - tasty and satisfying, which is perfect after a long day of exploring. I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Giza who wants to combine comfort, excellent service, and a reasonable price. I am sure that everyone who stays here will be more than satisfied with their choice.

Last but not least the host family is welcoming you with their great hospitality and is trying to help you with everything. I enjoyed my visit here a lot.

Excellent place to stay. The room was very clean and had a good view of the pyramids. The staff was very friendly. Especially the staff in the canteen and reception area. The breakfast was also really good. I would highly recommend this place for your stay in Cairo
