The breakfast is very good. There guesthouse has a restaurant, which is good because it is close to the Pointe des Poulains and a bit remote from Sauzon village ( 30 minutes walk).

Housed in a historic building, the recently renovated Bed and Breakfast à Rochefort-en-Terre offers accommodation with a garden and free WiFi. The property features garden views and is 35 km from Vannes Marina and 36 km from Museum Of Fine Arts, Vannes La Cohue. The property is non-smoking and is set 35 km from Vannes Train Station. From the moment we arrived our two hosts could not have been more welcoming or helpful. The house is right in the middle of a beautiful little Breton village, and entry to the house is via an ancient door at the top of a stone stairway which makes it feel like you are stepping into some magical secret walled garden. The room was perfect. Bed very comfortable and en-suite facilities well thought out and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was good local food, all fresh and tasty. We loved our stay.

They gave us lots of helpful information about what to see and do in the area. Breakfasts were delish - all local goods and produce. Highly recommend.

This is a most magnificent place to stay.Sophie was a pleasure to meet ,she could just not do too much for us .The rooms we had in the tower just cannot be described in words they are the best you will find anywhere.These rooms are full of history that can be appreciated by the attention to detail in the decoration and finish.The comfort and serenity are a joy to the senses .I must mention the beds they were really the most comfortable I have ever encountered. We had "Sophie breakfasts" they were absolutely perfect and a little different each time however the locally made butter (hand churned) and yogurt (from the farm next door) + Sophie's home made jams and bread /cake cannot be bettered. We will return in the future but I think getting a booking may be difficult as there will be a lot of return guests Jerry &Maeve Sept 2024
