Great cosy guest house in Bourton on the water. Our room had everything we needed with wardrobe space, a table, nice beds, tv and a bathroom with a great shower. Breakfast was good and the staff is very nice. Located a few minutes walk from the river and the town centre.

Nestled in the pretty Gloucestershire village of Coln St Aldwyns, this beautiful country inn offers a garden overlooking meadows and elegant, individually designed rooms with modern amenities. The room was very beautiful, great attention to details. We were pleasantly surprised by the menu in the restaurant, very high class food, very delicious, including the breakfast a la carte. The staff was very friendly.

The 17th-century Fox Inn is set on the banks of the River Windrush, in the lovely Cotswolds countryside. It offers individually styled rooms with free Wi-Fi, a charming pub and riverside dining. Everything. Very charming and the Owner or Manager was absolutely a gem and so helpful and hospitable.

In the Cotswold village of Frampton Mansell, The Crown Inn is a 17th-century ‘cider house’ with log fires, traditional home-cooked food, locally brewed real ales and good company! It is off the beaten track. I had a single bed room which was large, well furnished and very comfortable. Loved the fact you could see the stars at night with little light pollution. Fantastic evening meal and an excellent breakfast, the homemade baked beans were superb!

Short walking distance into town with its many restaurants, bars & shops. We didn’t have a car and managed to either walk (we like to walk long distances) or bus to nearby towns. The guest house was lovely. The water pressure in the shower was excellent and bed (double size) and bedding very comfortable. Our hosts Wendy & Clive were so friendly and accommodating. Included breakfasts were plentiful and delicious. We were celebrating an anniversary while there and Wendy added a few surprise treats.

The location, the decor, the mattress, the food, and the owners. It was the perfect place for a cozy night in the Cotswolds. We had a wonderful welcome and a delicious, homemade organic breakfast. We’ll definitely be back when we visit again!

IT WAS JUST DOWN THE ROAD. SADLY WE WERE THERE WHEN IT WAS REALLY TERRIBLE STORM BUT WE MADE IT, WE CAME BACK TO THE ROOM AS THE ROADS WERE SO BAD WIT TREES DOW. THE BOOKING CONSISTED OF A LOVELY SITTING ROOM A SMALL KITCHEN/LANDING AREA BEDROOM AND BATHROOM. WE WERE GREATED BY TE HOST WHEN WE ARRIVED AND THEY WERE REALLY FRIENDLY.
