Nestled in the pretty Gloucestershire village of Coln St Aldwyns, this beautiful country inn offers a garden overlooking meadows and elegant, individually designed rooms with modern amenities. This is a great little spot. My room was comfortable and charming and overlooked the lovely homes across the street. I had dinner breakfast and lunch and all three were great. The village is tiny and quiet and has some charming buildings. I learned from visiting the church nearby that the New Inn has historical Significance as a center of social and civic life.

In the Cotswold village of Frampton Mansell, The Crown Inn is a 17th-century ‘cider house’ with log fires, traditional home-cooked food, locally brewed real ales and good company! The whole package was amazing, people were very friendly and made about stay quite enjoyable. Definitely I will go back.

We loved our room. It was a large space and well appointed. Our daughter slept on the futon with a comfortable added mattress. We had a king size bed. The bathroom was huge with a very nice shower and beautiful soaking tub. The rooms were immaculate. Breakfast was served in a separate building just steps from our room. We had a choice of many options and they were all delicious. Mark and Mona were lovely and very welcoming. Would love to return again to explore more of the beautiful Cotswolds area.
