The staff communicated with us prior to arrival and gave us instructions on retrieving the key from the lock box. The room was immaculate and well-stocked with things we needed. Overall it was comfortable and reasonably priced for the area.

You can go to city centre by tram in just half an hour. Room was really cosy and a lot of food to eat. They provide you a lot of things. The staff are wonderful and so friendly and helpful. The meals were amazing and service was outstanding and then the Gin collections is incredible.
