The room was large, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, and I enjoyed it being cooked fresh just as I liked it each morning.

Everything!! From the "Retro" 1970's\1980's pristine and careful decoration of the house to the cleanness and the welcoming environment that is sustained by a "top notch" service. Mr. Colin and Mr. Dave add up meaning to the word "HOSPITALITY".

Excellent spot for me to get some R&R after an extremely choppy sea voyage from Jersey (people were vomiting all over the place). An intriguing old property with steep, narrow staircases and long, winding hallways. Once I stepped inside, I felt like I was being transported by a time machine to the early 19th century; the time of Romantic poetry and Napoleonic wars. My key was waiting for me at the reception desk. The manager was nice enough to arrange for me to get some breakfast on the go very early in the morning since I had to catch my flight. Cheers!
PS The difference between the ebb and flood (several metres) is simply mind-blowing!

Colin is a great host. The guesthouse is very clean and well equipped. Microwave, electric kettle, TV, coffee and tea in the room. The breakfast was good and had a vegetarian option. Bus stop nearby. Great value for money.

Little gem of a place. Great location - short walk from the ferry terminus, 10 minute walk to the heart of St Peter Port. Very laid back and friendly. Happy for you to bring in your bike, and dry your kit in the central patio area. Tasty breakfast food baskets beautifully presented to your door in the morning.
Great value for money. Lovely cafe Otto’s a few doors up.

Great hosts, great location, with ample free parking and a very comfortable room . The hosts went out of their way to meet our requirements, providing a wide array of complimentary bathroom essentials and more!
Lovely quiet location, and although the accommodation is above the bar area, it closes at 9pm, so you are assured of a peaceful nights sleep. Breakfast was superb and once again the hosts couldn't do enough to meet our needs.
Highly highly recommended.
