Quite spacious well laid out modern self contained ground level accommodation near the end of a private no thru toad with a car park space parked right at the entry. A quiet off road suburban location 7 minutes drive to city center
Great location, very quiet and comfortable . It was very clean and handy for the city centre.
Great location, beautiful rooms, very comfortable....great host, helpful. We had origonally booked both rooms for 1 night...decided to ask if the rooms were free for 1 more night. Rooms are £5 cheaper per night if you book directly with the host Bella.
Great hosts, lovely warm, clean and comfortable room. Excellent breakfast. Great location. Excellent value 👍👌
It's a nice quaint old building, with a good quiet, central location in Stamford, which is a charming old town, The two story apartment is generally well furnished and equipped, Tea bags and milk in fridge on arrival are much appreciated.
New Owners only been in a few months, Leo was a great host he couldn't do enough, very hospitable and very friendly I would definitely recommend and stay again. It was quiet and private.
A very modern décor, all new flat in a quaint village. Its at the end of a private road so its very quiet, but close to the centre (with pub and shops). The host was easy to deal with (there was an issue with the dates but she managed to so sort it). It has most of the conveniences you will need, as well as nice linen, towels and toiletries.
Plenty of breakfast choice from full English white& brown bread marmalade/ jams/and honey to fresh fruit and yogurt, cereals and pastries, tea and coffee. Great location about a mile from main town there is a regular bus on site every half hour to take you into Skegness though didn’t use it so don’t know what they charge but has got to be cheaper than the prices they charge on Skegness car parks £8 all day or £2 per hour
