Everything was amazing, the hosts were kind and generous. 5 of us booked 3 rooms and we all had great experience. Their lounge area is wonderful as well. I would definitely recommend it.

If I ever find myself in Kirkwall again, I'll definitely stay here. I stayed in a big, probably recently renovated studio room with its own entrance, and basically didn't want to leave the room. The breakfast was amazing and the host the loveliest person. I slept well and was very well fed also!

Rob was a very nice, welcoming, helpful host. Lots of folders and maps to borrow and explore. Everything on our list was within 15 min drive. Simply great! Wish we could have stayed longer

Great location. Rooms were very comfortable, we were pleasantly surprised. Stacy was a wonderful host. Breakfast was perfect to start the day. We highly recommend Castaway Guesthouse.

It is situated 7.5 km from Maeshowe and features a housekeeping service. Skara Brae is 10 km away and Orkney Fossil and Heritage Centre, Burray is 39 km from the bed and breakfast. The location at less than 2 minutes from Stromness and probably 5 to the Stennes standing stones is PERFECT. The room was huge, all the house is very big, cute and clean. Deborah is very very welcoming and the breakfast she prepared was delicious!

Situated in Orphir and only 8.8 km from Maeshowe, Orkney Bed & Whisky features accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. This recently renovated bed and breakfast is located 10 km from Standing Stones of Stenness and 12 km from Ring of Brogdar. The property is non-smoking and is located 11 km from Ness of Brogdar. Had everything we could of wanted even down to the phone charger leads by the very warm and comfortable bed.

The bedroom was super cozy, with a very comfortable bed and wide closets, very clean. The included breakfast was good, and the days we opted for the fully cooked breakfast it was also really worth it! Virginia, the hostess, was lovely and gave us amazing tips for things we shouldn't miss in the island, and also provided some local knowledge for our best experience. Good recommendations also for dinner!

This recently renovated bed and breakfast is located 35 km from Standing Stones of Stenness and 36 km from Ring of Brogdar. The property is non-smoking and is set 600 metres from Orkney Fossil and Heritage Centre, Burray. I actually don't want to talk up this fantastic place, too much!!! It doesn't get much better.
