All rooms are en suite with classically styled bathroom fittings, alongside modern touches like flat-screen TVs. Very elabote room. Superb bath shower and four (two) poster bed. Large Suite. Room was quiet even with the fair in town and lots of people outside.

A short walk from Ludlow town centre, The Charlton Arms provides attractive rooms and fine dining on the Ludford Bridge. This Shropshire pub is just 10 minutes’ walk from the medieval Ludlow Castle.

The breakfasts were made to order and delicious. Loved Bob and Felix, the black and white cats. We had a lovely view from our room and if the weather had been nicer we would have enjoyed sitting n the patio with a glass of wine. We had a problem with the gps in our rental car and we kept missing the entrance. We switched to Apple Maps and got there with ease.
