The room was stunning, extremely comfortable and the fresh homemade Welsh Cakes were Devine! Coming down for breakfast was a delight with fresh cakes, pastries and cooked breakfast! The location is very convenient, away from any loud traffic but only a 2 minute walk to the town. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here and if ever come back to The Mumbles, I will 100% be staying here again

What I would describe as a really neat space. Had everything we needed. Host was very accommodating - our arrival time was later than we planned so I was concerned about causing any inconvenience, I messaged ahead as soon as I could and was very reassured.

Location, grounds and Manor House exceeded expectations. Very friendly staff. Rooms were gorgeous, delicious breakfast. Have been recommending to everyone! Would love to visit again.

Y Fan is such a beautiful building, and has been restored/transformed with empathy and taste. The bedrooms are all of a good size, with beautiful en suite bathrooms and extremely comfortable beds. Breakfasts are freshly cooked, (with local produce where possible) and are generous in size. Adrian and Christine looked after us very well This was my third visit, and I'm hoping there will be a fourth next year..

Harry and Nicola are the most amazing hosts! They were extremely friendly, welcoming, and gracious. We wanted to stay longer just to talk more with them. Their house and gardens are a special place worth an extended visit. We can't wait to return for more pampering and relaxation.

Loved the chairs to relax in and coffee table perfect if you bring a meal back. Knife and forks here . Fridge brilliant if staying a few days here. Internet good. Lovely shower it's huge. Shampoo soap etc nice touch. Robes lovely touch . Room spotless. Only stayed one night but would definitely return. Beautiful view over Swansea Bay.
