Beautifully decorated, thoroughly cleaned, a fabulous nights sleep and breakfast was exceptional (Compliments to the Chef!!). Daryl was very welcoming, as were the front house staff through to housekeeping. You will not be disappointed when you stay here!

Ιt was a great pleasure staying at Beechwood guest house. Rez was an amazing host, I had everything I needed in my room, so much coziness and warmth to fight the cold outside. Unfortunately, I was n't able to enjoy the famous breakfast of Rez but...well, next time! The location is also excellent, one breath away from the sea, restaurants, coffee shops and metro station. I was waking up every morning with the sound of the seagulls flying. Highly reccomend it and would definitely like to stay there again. Thank you for having me.

This stunning mansion set in 4 acres of award-winning gardens is situated on the edge of the Northumbrian countryside, yet only 10 minutes' drive from the Newcastle city centre.

Hedgefield House has the interesting distinction of being the 1st private house in England to have a private telephone. Alexander Graham Bell was related, by marriage, to the Simpson family who built the house. Personnel were very helpful. My room was gorgeous.
