This historically listed former coaching house is situated on the A5 in the centre of Llangollen, just a few minutes walk from all the attractions and restaurants. Cambrian House is a small friendly B&B offering guests a home from home stay. Free WiFi and Parking for 1 car per room is available on site. Cath runs a fantastic BnB Her dedication to hosting and attention to details is apparent as soon as you enter the property. If we return to Llangollen, we will most definitely stay here.

The staff couldn't have been any more helpful. Their onsite bar and restaurant was warm and welcoming. The owner even put the AFL (Australian Rules Football) on the screen the following morning after breakfast. The surrounding area was picturesque and full of history. This was an impromptu trip after visiting the surrounds which was connected to family history, and we got far more than we bargained for with this hotel and Llantrisant in general.

From the huge windows, you get a breathtaking view of the mountain – simply magical. The room is very cozy, decorated in an interesting style, with all the amenities and lots of treats. It’s very quiet and peaceful, a perfect place to relax. The hosts love animals, and on the floor, we were greeted by a huge ginger cat – the true master of the hotel 😊. The design is outstanding. This is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at, and I’ll definitely come back!"

I was injured the night before my big race in Snowdonia, and Sheena/Gary helped me a bunch to make things more comfortable. The location of the cottage is well within walking distance of Llanberis... The walk along the bike path is a beautiful shaded stroll along the lake. Sheena 's gardens are impressive as well. And if the boys offer to take you to the secret swimming hole, be sure to wear Wellies, not white knit sneakers--they won't be white very long. The walk is more than 5 mins down the path 😉
