Ground floor, separate entrance and as soon as we went in, it felt warm. Heating and lighting were excellent. Lovely bathroom and kitchen. Milk was in the fridge so that we could make a cup of tea - much appreciated. Daria was away but Nigel did a spendid job! A nice quiet location.
