The host Emmanuel is phenomenal. He goes beyond to meet all your needs. The thing to remember is that Charis is not chosen because it is a high end place with 5 star facilities. A person staying there is on a budget. Sure the facilities are functional but it cannot be criticised as it this is exactly what you are paying for. Charis as to be judged as a a budget accommodation and I got much more than I paid for.

It’s hands down the best place I’ve ever stayed in Ghana. The property is impeccably clean and well-maintained, and it's easy to find. The atmosphere is peaceful and private, offering a perfect escape. The host, Eyram, is gracious and exudes the charm of someone with international experience. She’s incredibly delightful, accommodating, and strikes the perfect balance of helpfulness without being overbearing. Her assistant, Evelyn, was also very kind. The environment is safe and respectful, making it a place I feel completely comfortable. I’ve stayed in many places, but I’ve never had a single complaint here—it’s simply too good to be true. I highly recommend this place to anyone, and it’s now my favorite spot in Ghana. I’m already looking forward to my next stay. The only request I’d make is for breakfast during my next visit. Featuring free WiFi and air conditioning, VAN DE SALLE is set in Osu Accra, 300 metres from S A Embassy. Trust Hospital is 500 metres away. Free private parking is available on site. This hotel was great. The staff helped me with lots of little inquiries and people were always around making sure the place was running well. My room was perfectly clean with warm water and a decent sized TV. The restaurant was lovely too. I will definitely stay here again. The location was great, it's in Osu but on a tranquil street so I got the best of both worlds.
