Where to begin? This place is perfectly lovely as is the gentleman who runs it. He had great advice on which places to go based on our particular interests and gave us a tour of the grounds. We felt very cared for. The grounds are beautiful and the rooms are sumptuous and spacious. Slept like a rock. The beds are really comfortable and the linens of high quality. We all took our filling breakfasts out to garden to eat amongst the trees...and cats. The cats were delightful, too.

Mimosa was an excellent host helping us with everything we needed and took care that we are comfortable. The room we had is wheelchair accesible with a suitable shower and toilet and large door. The hotel has a nice view and is warmly advised to anyone visiting Chios. The only thing to keep in mind is that the road to reach the upper parking area which you need to if you have a wheelchair is a but rough for the car.

Homemade sweets, fresh omelette and lots of choice of fresh fruit and juice of fresh oranges of the farm of the owner were some elements of a breakfast with quality and local products. Inge was like a member of our family who welcomes you and makes you feel at home at once, always willing to help you with her warm smile. The overall experience of staying in a renovated room of a building of the past centuries is amazing. I would recommend it to all lovers of history and architecture. Walking around the trees of the farm gives you a feeling of calmness and connection with nature which is very relaxing.
