The village is not on the sea. Excellent location for us, we have a car. From the first moment we arrived we were greeted with a smile. The parking is opposite the hotel in the olive grove. There is also a cafe/restaurant on site, very inviting to sit there. This lovely couple serves the excellent breakfast in the restaurant. The pool is great, the place is simply beautiful. We loved the room overlooking the stunning pool. We had a great vacation and we will be back again

With a private bathroom fitted with a shower and a hairdryer, some rooms at the inn also boast a city view. We had a wonderful stay at Porto Vecchio! Very friendly staff, and a clean and beautiful room. The hotel is located in the old town of Chania, but not too noisy or busy. Would definitely go back. Recommend!

A hot tub and a bicycle rental service are available for guests. Set in a historic building, the property has a year-round outdoor pool and is located 13 km from Agios Dimitrios Church. I think this is one of the best place I’ve been. The apartment is very pretty, Maria the lady who welcomed us has been super kind. Every day she offered us something typical from her garden. It was a great pleasure to stay in this location.

Vicky, the owner, is the best host we have ever met - she was always available for useful information and best advice for our needs(and also for best cocktails and bar/restaurant service). The rooms were big, very clean (two really nice ladies are taking care of the rooms each morning) and with a very nice view of the sea. The breakfast had everything we needed: coffee, fruit juice, milk, a variety of eggs, cheeses, salami, vegetables, fruits, pastries and yogurt with many toppings. Malia old town (with very good restaurants) is at a walking distance, just 10 min away down the hill, so this was the perfect stay for a quiet, yet close to action holiday.

The owner is very kind, informative and helpful, the rooms are spacious and clean, each with a private balcony, and all the staff are very friendly and hospitable. There is a lot of information available about the local area, including maps and walking routes. The food in the restaurant is excellent and the prices are very reasonable.

So helpful and always available for anything. The rooftop is beautiful. Really quiet up there. The shower in my bathroom was great too. Wifi wasn't totally reliable, 6/10. But perfect for what I needed. There was a fridge, hairdryer and kettle in the room, and a bottle of water. I'd definitely stay here again.

Great location - very close to the sea, to all restaurants and shops. Greatest host!! - very helpful - you get everything you might need. There is always an access to drinking water, and a nice breakfast included. They also provide beach towels, umbrellas etc. They organized a taxi transfer way cheaper than you can get at the airport. One day there was a party at nearby café, but the music stopped at midnight, and other than that it was surprisingly quiet.
