A lovely small hotel in a superb position. My room was stylish and comfortable. The staff were very helpful too. Nice substantial breakfast.

It has all the things you might need on your stay. The room was big and confrontable. Every thing was like in the photos. The location also is perfect to visit the city.

What an amazing week in Tzoumerka, a small heaven on earth. The stay at the Baldeneige made everything so easy,pleasant, and peaceful that no words can describe. We felt instantly welcomed from Alexandros and his wife Zoi. The breakfast was delicious,home cooked. The room where the breakfast was served had a big fireplace and made the whole place look so cosy and warm. Every morning, Alexandros gave us tips of places and villages worth visiting,we saw practically the whole region and managed even to hike again after almost 3 years since welcoming our daughter.! We felt almost at home, and our 2 year old had fun socialising. The room and the whole hotel was super clean, the room was spacious enough for our daughter to play and warm enough in the cold nichts. Everything was perfect. Returned back to our Base Athens with a heart full of love, a mind full of peacefulness and lungs full of fresh air. Planning on going back next year already!!!

Everything was wonderful - the breakfast, the room and most of all the staff at this family owned inn. The people were some of the kindest, most generous that we’ve met in our travels. One son speaks fluent English but even with limited English the other family members were helpful and welcoming. We were able to keep our room on checkout day since we had a late flight to Athens. Ask for a quiet room if you want to be away from the busy street between Virsa and the lake. The family has a little bar/cafe in front. Enter there for a welcome coffee and lovely people, then enjoy a bright and spacious room with a nice little balcony. There are stairs but family will help with luggage.

Breakfast in the garden under the trees was a delightful way to start the day. The owner was incredibly helpful, assisting us with organizing hikes and providing great tips and lunch boxes for our day-long adventures. The location was the perfect starting point for hiking, and there were good restaurants within walking distance from the accommodation.

The location is set in a lovely village with incredible views from every direction. It’s walking distance to a few very good restaurants, as well as to Monodendri, where the hike to Vikos Gorge (and other hikes) starts from. It’s very clean and the owner, Petros, is very welcoming and exceptionally accommodating. His daughter Sofia, helps with the management of the guesthouse and is truly amazing, assisting with all my queries. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Thank you for the special memories I take home
