The property is composed of 4 rooms on the ground floor, with direct access from the inner courtyard and 4 rooms on the first floor with access through an external staircase. We were accommodated in a room on the first floor, which has a small balcony. The rooms are oriented to the southwest and offer a partial view to the sea, to the bay in the Keri beach area. Car access can be done from the main road (Zakynthos – Keri) from two directions, it is preferable to use the second exit, taking the longer road that surrounds the Keri lake area, because the first exit is a very narrow road that does not allow the passage of two cars at the same time. There is the possibility to park in the inner courtyard, or next to the property, in specially arranged places.

The owner was super friendly and gave us great local tips – we all appreciated how involved and welcoming he was. The staff was also very kind and helpful. One morning they didn’t have something we asked for at breakfast, and the next day they had it ready for us – such a nice touch! The rooms and the whole place were extremely clean. Even though it’s in a lively area, the hotel was quiet and calm, and all the guests were respectful. We usually stay at 5-star hotels, and this one really impressed us. We’re happy we chose it and would definitely come back!

Even though Argasi is a lively town, Alisaxni Art Studio keeps a quiet, relaxing atmosphere, great for those who want to unwind but still have everything nearby. We recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant and comfortable stay in Zakynthos, with excellent service and a thoughtful host.

Alas is located in Argassi just a few steps from the Ionian Sea. It offers accommodation with sea views and has a snack bar with a large terrace, where you can enjoy your drink by the sea.

Within 800 metres, you can reach the beach of Argassi. Zakynthos Town is 4 km away, while Zakynthos International Airport is 6 km away. Free private parking is possible. The location is amazing, it’s like yout own private villa on the beach. The sunbeds are very convenient as well. Breakfast is made fresh everyday. The staff are very kind and helpful. There are many restaurants and shops in walming distance. If I ever visit again, I would definitely stay here.
