Beds are pretty hard but Otto and family were lovely, the food was good and it was a perfect first stop for us after an overnight flight. Just ask the bus to drop you at Orchigonia turnoff.

Both Carlos and the owners maintained excellent communication, ensuring all our needs were met promptly. A special highlight was the delicious meals prepared daily by Chona, Carlos’s wife. Both breakfast and dinner were home-cooked and absolutely delightful—a real treat that made our stay even more special. Getting to the cabin is an adventure in itself, but well worth it! Nestled in a charming indigenous village surrounded by the woods, the location offers a unique cultural experience. Watching the locals walk by to their homes added an authentic touch to our stay. If you’re looking for stunning views, warm hospitality, and a one-of-a-kind cultural experience, we highly recommend Mountain Nest. It’s a true hidden gem!

Offering a natural pool, shuttle service and a restaurant, Greengos Hotel is located in Semuc Champey Lanquin, 486 meters from the Park entrance. At Greengos Hotel you will find a garden and a bar. Amigos was one of the greatest experiences of our trip. The place was built with exceptional soul, offering a joyful atmosphere that remains perfectly balanced. The rooms were excellent, and the meals were the best we had during our trip. The location is perfect, and above all—Golan and Eitan, the owners, are extraordinary people who genuinely care about their guests and do everything from the heart. We have no words to thank them!
