The location was great, in central San Juan, close to both the lake side, and the town. The accommodation was easy to find, Feliciana and her sister were so welcoming. They each insisted if there was anything at all we needed, to come and find them, and I felt they genuinely meant it. My favourite thing was watching the sunrise from the garden each morning, a glorious outdoor space, it felt very private and we spent quite a lot of time there each morning. Great to have use of the shared kitchen, the shower had hot water, and everything was clean. I would very much recommend this accommodation, they were attentive, kind and generous with their time, expertise and culture.

Located in a more quiet part of San Pedro both restaurants and shop was close by. The host Melissa was fantastic making breakfast each morning at 8 AM and could answer any question you might have whether things to do in San Pedro or how to get to the other small towns around the lake. I stayed in the dorm, which was a large room with two bunk beds sharing the bathroom with some of the private rooms. Everything was clean. Thank you Melissa for providing such a wonderful stay in San Pedro.

I had an unforgettable experience at Casa Qatsij. As a solo traveler, it truly felt like home during my stay. I ended up extending my visit three times because I just couldn’t get enough. A big thank you to the volunteers—Gina, Tori, and Mauri—along with Andres and all the other guests who made my time there so memorable. These are moments I will cherish forever.

Property is located close to the water and not in a busy area. Everything is very clean and comfortable. The view is beautiful! We got our laundry done there which was very convenient. There is a small convenience store attached to the reception area should you need some basics.

It's directly in the centre of the village, just few minutes away from the docks. Room was nice with comfy bed, table and a wardrobe.
