Parking was right in front of the apartment in a shaded area, which was so convenient. The place is tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the old town, yet just a quick walk away—and even close to a laundromat within walking distance. The host kindly allowed us to leave our car after check-out, which we really appreciated. A wonderful stay overall!

Excellent location in a quiet area, not far for the Umag city (which can be quite noisy and crowded during peak season). The rooms are completely renovated and very spacious and equipped with all the necessary facilities. Considering it's a Bed & Breakfast location, the breakfast was simple, yet complete! Not to mention that you can consider enjoying the breakfast or the coffee (espresso machine), outside in the small garden with olive trees. We had our towels changed (and the room, cleaned) twice during our stay. Ivan and his mother are very friendly and helpful and we really enjoyed out stay!

At the bed and breakfast, all units come with bed linen and towels. This B&B was amazing! The setting in the vineyard was idyllic, the room was beautiful, and the breakfasts were delicious! The hot tub overlooking the vineyard was also great! We also did a wine tasting (additional charge) and really enjoyed the Cuj wines, especially the Teran. We would highly recommend this B&B.
