Located within the UNESCO-protected Plitvice Lakes National Park, in the picturesque Plitvica Selo, Plitvice Falls Cottage features air-conditioned rooms, free private parking and views of the... It’s a bit deep in the forest, hard to get there without car but it wasn’t a problem for us. It was rather nice because of the nature surroundings. Quiet, fresh air, good place to rest. Staff were super nice to us, they were always checking our comfort.

Featuring a garden and a shared lounge, Zrinka House is set in Grabovac, 8 km from Plitvice Lakes National Park - Entrance 1. Free WiFi is available and free private parking is provided. The hosts were so lovely, wonderfully welcoming and we felt right at home. The breakfast and pastries were absolutely excellent 👌. This is an absolute gem, we would definitely book again.

Located in Jezerce, Guest House Plitvice Villa Verde is set 1.5 km from Entrance no. 2 to Plitvice Lakes National Park. Location is beautiful and peaceful, near the entrance to the lakes - about 2 km by walking distance. The host is a wonderful and nice person, house is clean and modern and the breakfast was plenty and really good. Bathroom is modern and very clean, the bed / cleaning is done everyday. Also it's great for couples who have kids, there is grass where they can run and a trampouline where they can jump and play. Location has plenty of parking space for motorcycles /cars.

The room was big, modern and really clean. Location is really great and breakfast delicious. Great quality for a fair price. I would book again without even bliking

The Guesthouse Sara is located in Grabovac, about 6 km from the Plitvice Lakes National Park. It features a spacious terrace. The location was ideal due to a short drive after a long hike at Plitvice and an easy to find place. After a long day the clean, comfortable and quiet refuge was ideal with three or more restaurants from 500m to 2K, so a short walk or drive. What else could one possibly need. The breakfast was wholesome and delicious.

Only a 15-minute walk from Plitvice Lakes in Mukinje, the traditionally built Villa Knezevic-completely renovated 2025 offers authentic Lika-style accommodation made from stone and wood. It was close to the entrance 2 to Plitvice Park, it had all the amenities we needed and we had a good sleep there. The people there were very nice to us and we had a lovely time.

House Tina is situated in the peaceful village of Grabovac, a 10-minute drive from the UNESCO-listed Plitvice Lakes National Park. It features free WiFi and a large garden with a swimming pool. Beautiful location, peaceful, the house is fresh and beautifil, everything was great!
