Located within the UNESCO-protected Plitvice Lakes National Park, in the picturesque Plitvica Selo, Plitvice Falls Cottage features air-conditioned rooms, free private parking and views of the... It’s a bit deep in the forest, hard to get there without car but it wasn’t a problem for us. It was rather nice because of the nature surroundings. Quiet, fresh air, good place to rest. Staff were super nice to us, they were always checking our comfort.

Superb hospitality, absolutely delicious breakfast spread with heavenly cakes, great cozy dinners down the street at House Tina. Barbara and Zrinka are marvelous hosts!

Pansion Danica is located in Rastovača, in the Plitvice Lakes National Park. This air-conditioned property features a garden, a furnished terrace and BBQ facilities. Very nice room (3), AC, super quiet and location is excellent for a visit in the Plitvickie Jezera- 6 min walk to the entrance 1. The host was extremely nice and helpful- have a meal in their restaurant-10% off!

Only 1 km from Lake Kozjak, the biggest lake in Plitvice National Park, the Pansion Breza is situated on a peaceful location, surrounded by forest and meadows. Friendly and helpful staff slivovic enough room and modern clean bathroom

The Guesthouse Sara is located in Grabovac, about 6 km from the Plitvice Lakes National Park. It features a spacious terrace. We had a very good stay at this property in order to visit the Plitvice national park, just 15km away. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Great pool to relax in the afternoon after visiting the national park in the morning.

Only a 15-minute walk from Plitvice Lakes in Mukinje, the traditionally built Villa Knezevic-completely renovated 2025 offers authentic Lika-style accommodation made from stone and wood. The room was new, big and nice, and perfectly clean (100%). Staff was kind (they even called us to confirm our arrival time). Free parking in front of building. Parking available after check-out, so we walked to Plitvice entrance 2 in 15 min (staff showed us the direction). Restaurant next to the accommodation. Really recommended.

House Tina is situated in the peaceful village of Grabovac, a 10-minute drive from the UNESCO-listed Plitvice Lakes National Park. It features free WiFi and a large garden with a swimming pool. Great family owned property with superb service!

Jana is such a sweetheart and the best host you can imagine for a wonderful trip to the Plitvice Lakes National Park. The room was beautiful, the breakfast was out of this world - fresh, delicious and made with love and passion. Especially the cake was absolutely amazing! With 3 a minutes drive from entrance 2 to the national park you won't find anything better than this. Janas restaurant tips were spot on and we enjoyed every second of our stay! Beds are comfy, it's quiet and the house is very modern with nicely detailed decor. We felt very welcome and can only recommend staying at B&B Plitvice Queen.
