Big thanks to Daery – he’s truly amazing and made all the difference. He helped with everything, always super attentive to every detail. Cleanliness: It’s not easy to find clean places in Gili, but here everything was spotless and well taken care of. No bugs in the room, which is rare in other hotels here. Location: Near everything. You are close to the harbor, close to the beach, close to the main street. Atmosphere: Super relaxing. Quiet and peaceful.. The pool area os surrounded by trees so you hear birds instead of noise. Breakfast: Great variety and really tasty options. If I come back to Gili, I’m definitely staying here again. Trust me, stay here, you'll not regret.

Ozy took us out on a beautiful trek to see the waterfalls and wildlife which we loved and went tubing the next day down the rapids. The rooms are big clean an comfortable with air con and good WiFi. There is a balcony viewing area with seating and a pool. Ozy also has his own private waterfall which is incredible. Even if the rooms weren't there I would come back to see Ozy and his wonderful family! Thank you.

They were ready to shift us to a different room when I brought up an issue about the AC (which was not really much of an issue. We had to keep the doors shut for longer). They were proactive in making sure that we were going to the right places by providing recommendations. The room was pretty good too. We got hot water for a longer period as compared to the other places we stayed at.
